Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.
Please contact me if you have not received your order in 14 days from posting. Until then, there is nothing I can do. For items lost or damaged, refund or breakage will be issued in full once Maapstudio has received compensation from postage company.
EU and the Rest of the World

If you wish to use any other service, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for this to be arranged.Damage / Loss / Delay occurred during the transport is beyond Maapstudio responsibility. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return the item to us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom orders with your choice of engraving and personalized design are noncancelable and non-refundable. This product may not be returned unless faulty.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange of your order. However, you can return an unwanted item to us for a full refund and place a new order for an alternative item. If you want to exchange size or colour, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost upon receipt of the original items.
If your parcel arrives defective or damaged you can exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Maapstudio does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you are shipping jewellery over £ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.
If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item.

Jewellery with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You may cancel an order at any time before it's been dispatched to you. To cancel your order after it has been shipped to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure. If your cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to contact us to request a refund, then a further 16 days to return the item to us. In this circumstance, please follow the above return instructions.
